3. Thermal expansion and contraction: good water pipes can still maintain hardness at high water temperature, while poor quality pipes are softened at 60 degrees water temperature.
4. Service life: high-quality products are guaranteed for 50 years, and inferior products can only be guaranteed for 5-6 years.

Aluminum-plastic composite pipe
1. Check the appearance of the product
High-quality aluminum composite pipes generally have smooth outer walls. The trademarks, specifications, applicable temperature, and number of meters are clearly marked on the pipe wall. The manufacturer also printed the production number on the pipe wall to monitor the quality of the product at any time; the product is well packaged and packaged The various logos on it are equally clear, and the manufacturer’s name, address, telephone, etc. are all printed in prominent positions. The fake and inferior products generally have rough outer walls, unclear or incomplete markings, simple packaging, and unknown factory addresses or telephone numbers.
2. The aluminum layer cannot be ignored
A good aluminum-plastic composite pipe is welded at the overlap of the aluminum layer, and the aluminum layer and the plastic layer are tightly combined without delamination. On the other hand, in the shoddy products, some aluminum layers are not welded at the lap joints, and some aluminum layers and plastic layers are often stratified and not close together.

Installation suggestions
1. It is best to find a professional company to install PP-R pipes. No matter how luxurious and high-end your decoration is, it will not be worthwhile if you are not willing to spend money in this area. Often bursts or blockages of pipelines will cause tens, hundreds of times, or even immeasurable consequences to the price of the water pipe itself.
2. After installation, a booster test must be carried out. The boost test is generally carried out at 1.5 times the water pressure, and there should be no water leakage during the test.
3. A simple test method without pressure, but not completely feasible.
1) Close the water main valve. (Ie the water pipe switch on the front of the water meter)
2) Turn on the taps in the room for 20 minutes, and turn off all taps after making sure that there is no water dripping again.
3) Turn off the water inlet switch of equipment with water storage function such as toilet tank and washing machine.
4) Open the main valve of the water pipe.
5) Check whether the water meter is moving 20 minutes after opening the main valve, including moving slowly.
If you move around, it is leaking. If you don't move around, you may be fine. (If there is a problem with the water meter or the water pipe is slightly seeped, it may be difficult to determine.) Therefore, it is recommended that a water pressure test experiment be carried out after the construction. Generally, the pressure is 10-15 kg, and the time is 20-30 minutes. (Better to check it in person)

4. Direction of water pipe:
It is recommended that the water pipe is the safest to go from the top. The main reason is that most of the waterway transformations are concealed pipes, and the characteristic of water is that the water flows to a lower place. If the pipeline goes underground, it is difficult to find water leakage in time. Only when the water overflows the Jinshan or the floor is deformed and leaks downstairs, the water leakage will be found, and it is difficult to find the leaking place because the water pipe is buried in the dark. At this time, the huge loss is even more irreversible, and even seriously affects the friendly neighbor relationship; if the water pipe goes to the top, the water reform cost may be higher, but as a long-term investment, it is worthwhile. Even if the water pipe is on the top, it can be found in time, which is convenient for maintenance and the loss is small.
5. In daily life, if you find the following conditions, please check the relevant pipelines as soon as possible:
The water pipe goes underground:
1) Mould and blisters on the wall paint surface
2) The skirting line or wooden floor is black and the surface has fine bubbles
The water pipe goes to the top:
1) Dampness or water drops appear on the canopy
Common skills
(1) Waterway design must first consider all water-related equipment, such as water purifiers, water heaters, kitchen treasures, toilets and wash basins, etc., their locations, installation methods, and whether hot water is needed;
(2) It is necessary to make good use of gas or electric water heaters in advance to avoid temporary replacement of water heater types, which may lead to repeated reconstruction of water circuits;
(3) In addition to leaving the toilet for the wash basin, toilet, washing machine and other water outlets, it is best to connect one out. It is convenient to receive water and mopping the floor later; it depends on the owner's preference.
(4) After the location of the washing machine is determined, the drainage pipe of the washing machine can be considered to be inside the wall, which is beautiful and convenient;
(5) There should be a suppression test after the waterway reconstruction, but many decoration teams did not have a suppression test. They will use many methods to deceive you, saying that there is no need to suppress it, there is water in the pipe, there is pressure, and so on.
(6) It is best to have the owner present in the suppression test, which can play a supervisory role; because some decoration teams will deceive the owner in this link. The method is: when suppressing, open the "return valve" of the pump to form a loop. Although the pump seems to be working, there is not much pressure in the tube. Especially for the electric pump, students should pay more attention. If you don’t understand, please ask a professional to help you take a look.
(7) When receiving the house, you should check whether each drain in the kitchen and bathroom is unblocked. If the drain is slow, the property should be dredged in time; the drain should be protected during the decoration period, especially during the kitchen and bathroom tile period, which is most likely to cause Cement falls into the drain and causes blockage;
(8) After laying kitchen and bathroom floor tiles, you should drain water to check to see if the floor drain drains smoothly (subject to the drainage speed after removing the floor drain cover, because most deep-water sealed floor drains have the problem of slow drainage);
(9) If the excess floor drain is to be closed, the gap between the drain pipe and the floor drain must be blocked to prevent the water from overflowing;
(10) When using deep water to seal the floor drain, clean it up frequently according to the use situation, otherwise the rubber pad under the floor drain will not be able to seal the floor after the dirt is hung;
(11) Another point is particularly important. It is best not to use deep water to seal the floor drain of the washing machine. The drain speed of the washing machine is very fast and the drainage capacity is large.
(12) When renovating the waterway, four points should be paid attention to in the cold and hot water supply pipes reserved for the future

Installation of electric water heaters and faucets:

1. Ensure that the distance is 15 cm (most of the electric water heaters and taps have a distance of 15 cm between hot and cold water supply, and some are 10 cm);

2. The heights of the cold and hot water pipes are the same;

3. The cold and hot water pipe openings are vertical to the wall, and you should also pay attention to not let the bricklayer get crooked when attaching the wall tiles (if it is not vertical, the subsequent installation may be laborious);

4. Cold and hot water pipe openings should be two centimeters higher than the wall. When laying wall tiles, bricklayers should also be required to ensure that the wall tiles and the water pipe nozzles are at the same level after laying the wall tiles. If the size is not suitable, installing electric water heaters, faucets, etc. in the future, it is likely that you will need to purchase additional pipe clamps, inner wires and other connectors to complete the installation.
