Classification of floor drains (2)

4. Iron-absorbing stone floor drain

The structure of this floor drain is similar to a spring type, and the sealing gasket is sealed by the magnetic force of two magnets. When the water pressure is greater than the magnetic force, the sealing gasket opens downwards and drains. When the drainage ends, the water pressure decreases. When the water pressure is less than the magnetic force, the magnet block attracts and the sealing gasket pulls up.
This kind of floor drain problem:
Advantages: different types of plastic cores can be processed.
Disadvantages:
(1) Due to the poor water quality of the ground sewage, such as washing items, brushing the floor and other reasons, some iron impurities will be adsorbed on the iron absorption stone. After a period of time, the impurity layer will cause the gasket to fail to close and fail to lift. To the deodorant effect;
(2) The magnetic force will gradually weaken and disappear, which will affect the opening and closing of the gasket up and down, and it is easy to malfunction.

5. Gravity floor drain

No water seal is needed, no springs, magnets and other external forces are used, and the balance between the gravity of the water flow and the floating ball inside the floor drain is used to automatically open and close the sealing cover. This mode is similar to the spring type, except that the elastic force is converted into buoyancy to drive mechanical pulling force.
This kind of floor drain problem:
Advantages: The integrated filter is not easy to lose.
Disadvantages:
(1) There are spiral mechanical parts inside the floor drain core. Long-term work in sewage will rust or silt the sand, which will hinder the buoyancy ball from moving up and down, affecting drainage, odor resistance, and bacteria prevention;
(2) The sealing cover will also be deposited due to siltation Hair, silt, and sand cause loose sealing, which affects deodorization and anti-bacteria.

6. Silicone floor drain

Use two thin pieces of silicone or a silicone bag with an opening at the bottom to seal it. When draining, the bottom of the silica gel is washed away by water. After the drain is completed, the bottom of the silica gel automatically fits due to its own elastic force and the opening due to residual moisture to achieve the deodorant effect.
This kind of floor drain problem:
Advantages: silica gel has good anti-aging properties and self-elasticity, good deodorization performance, and fast drainage.
Disadvantages: mechanical opening and closing is not durable under normal circumstances.

7. New water-sealed floor drain

The water-sealed floor drain is a floor drain with a long-term deodorant effect on the market!
The water-sealed floor drain uses the bell or casing device in the water storage cavity to form an "N" or "U"-shaped water storage bend. The water seal is used to isolate the odor and germs in the drainage pipe to achieve the deodorization effect. Floor drain.
This kind of floor drain problem:
Advantages: long-term use will not be broken without mechanical principles, and the effect is good.
Disadvantages: high cost of stainless steel core
